  1. Refunds

The user shall be entitled to get refund for participating venues and terms if the cancellation is made 5 days before the date of commencement of the event. For more clarifications Contact us!

2.        Exchanges

We can’t refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 5 days away, and we can’t refund or exchange resale ticket purchases for Fan-to-Fan Resale events.

For exchanging the ticket you should go to Contact us & proceed with exchange option in it.

Some non-participating venues (and artists, teams, etc.), we have a “no refunds or exchanges” policy. But if the event is closed and you can’t make it to the event, we’ll do everything we can to help. In such a situation you can directly Contact us!

3.        Refunds for Cancelled Events.

We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of the event because we just take care of the ticket sale for the organizer of the event. The responsibility of cancellation of any event shall be on the event organiser.

In case of such cancellation of event, the event organiser shall arrange for a refund and we shall process the refund upon the instruction of the organiser. You are fee to contact the event organiser directly for any cancellation and refund related issues.

Refund for cancelled events depends solely on the organizers on the event.

The refund claim in this case shall be made within 5 days after the announcement of cancellation of the event, but in no case this deadline shall be extended to 3 days after the actual date of the cancelled event.

4.        Refunds for Rescheduled Events

If any of the purchased event is rescheduled by the organiser, we will send you an email informing you about this rescheduling. In case you are not happy with the rescheduling of the event, you may cancel your booking and get full refund. The cancelling request has to be made upto 3 days prior to the date of the event. 5.        Refund Method

All the refunds will be done through online mode in 3 working days. Refunds are made through completely automatically generated payment method. The refund amount shall be credited in the same bank account or credit card which was used for making the payment.
